Refer to the simple map below (not to scale).

There are several methods:

Method 1:

Approach the first star of enemy mechs which consists of 3 Kitfoxes at
bearing 000, and destroy all of them. You would have reached Nav Alpha, so
turn right and run at bearing 092.

Move along the road until you meet a Stormcrow and a Jenner, and destroy them
both. Destroy the heilcopter also, and look for the Power Convertor at point
p. Inspect and destroy it.

Move towards Nav Delta for the dust-off site bearing 000. There will be a
third star of Summoners coming from the left, destroy them at will.

Finish your mission at Nav Delta.

Method 2:

Upon touchdown, run quickly bearing 060 and ignore the first star of enemy
mechs. You will also have to run away from the second star to reach the
Power Convertor at Nav Beta.

Inspect the Power Convertor and destroy it. Very likely, the third star of 3
Summoners would have arrived. Ignore them and head for the dust-off site
bearing 000. Running directly in front of buildings so that they will shield
you from enemy lines of fire will help.

Finish the mission at Nav Delta.
