There are several methods:

Method 1:

Wait for the Warhammer to enter your 'mech bay, and open fire. The Warhammer
can't run or jump jet away. Get close to the mech so that your battlemech
will be too close for the Warhammer to target. Eliminate one of his legs and
get behind him to finish him off. Do the same for the Gargoyle, which gives
you your second rank.

Method 2:

Wait for the Warhammer to approach your 'mech bay, until he patrols around
either side of your bay. Move close to the wall of your bay, and position
your mech so that you can see the Warhammer through the
wall. Taking advantage of this program bug, fire lasers at the mech, and
destroy him. Do the same for the second mech, which is a Gargoyle.
